The Illini Moms Association and New Student & Family Experiences are excited to partner together to offer a yoga class and food demonstration. Held at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC), this unique event promotes health and wellness for students and families and is a great way to start your morning.
The yoga class will focus on leading participants through a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Benefits of the class include learning to build core strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Participants will also enjoy a food demonstration of delicious quick and easy on-the-go healthy snacks.
No experience is necessary. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and blocks included. Purchase tickets here!
