In 1954 in Brown v. Board of Education the Supreme Court held racial segregation in public schools unconstitutional. Seventy years later there remains ongoing debate about the basis for Brown and the full implications of the decision. A panel of experts will discuss how best to read Brown and how to apply it to some contemporary problems of racial inequality.
