Academic staff members must annually complete a disclosure and request for approval of such activities. Throughout the year, additional disclosures and requests for prior approval are necessary whenever a change in such activities is proposed or when required by granting agencies. RNUA forms can be completed throughout the year for new hires or if an employee's status changes.
