The Supreme Court's Term: Half-Time Report
February 26, 2024
12 pm

The Supreme Court’s current term is a blockbuster with the potential to reshape multiple areas of the law. Join a panel of experts to catch up on the cases the Court has already decided and those that lie ahead.

Does the First Amendment prohibit government officials from blocking critics on social media sites? Does banning possession of firearms by individuals under domestic-violence restraining orders violate the Second Amendment? May a state bring a new prosecution following an inconsistent jury verdict of acquittal? Do SEC administrative enforcement proceedings violate the Seventh Amendment? Can Congress tax unrealized sums without apportionment among the states? Should Chevron be overruled? Can government impose content moderation rules on websites?
