Join us on Tuesday, June 26 from 11:00am-1:00pm for a Human Centered Design Bootcamp lead by Saad Shehab, Head of Assessment & Research at the Siebel Center for Design and Beth Ladd, Vice Present Innovation at the American Supply Association. This bootcamp developed by the Siebel Center for Design teaches participants the basic framework of human centered design, through hands-on, small group activities. Human-Centered Design is a problem solving approach that uses design thinking processes and tools in order to identify the unmet needs of a population in order to collaboratively and iteratively develop meaningful and innovative solutions. This workshop will introduce you to the different processes and tools of Human-Centered Design through a set of engaging, hands-on activities. You will also identify ways to use these processes and tools in your own domain and work.

To ensure that we can provide a positive event experience with enough food and seating accommodations, we now request that you register for all Research Park events at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.

This event is free, but registration is required. Registration link HERE.

If you have any questions, dietary restrictions, or need accommodations, please contact Cathy McArthur at mcarthur@illinois.edu.
