This Spring 2022 semester, we are hosting several guest speakers to engage with students in our virtual talk-series “Reimagining Our Food Systems." This talk series will feature food educators of color who are working to transform our current food system, particularly by examining race and food justice on a deeper level. We are motivated to create a community where people can learn together in a safe space. We hope to help students of color feel seen within the context of the food system, but we also want to educate others about these histories and how they have fortified solidarity between communities of color.
