I am a white guy who has been working on challenging racism and white supremacy for decades. I also happen to be legally blind in a world (and an organization) where disability and ableism is not a priority issue. This conversation will focus on how to navigate anti-racism activism while also pushing for disability rights, inclusion, and an end to ableism.
