Training consists of three parts to be scheduled on three separate dates –
1. An introductory meeting (zoom/webex) – This portion requires some homework on your end. Here are the two videos prior to this meeting : this video about performing an XF assay and this video about data analysis. One video on the bench protocol on how to run any XF assay (about 30 minutes long). The other video is on XF data analysis (about 1 hour long). After you’ve reviewed this material, Agilent tech support will review any questions you have and talk about the bench set up for the first assay.
2. Running an assay at the bench (zoom/webex) – While TEP staff are setting up the assay at the bench, Agilent tech support will be available via zoom to answer any questions you have.
3. Follow up meeting (zoom/webex) – After the experiment, we will go through the data with Agilent tech support in a separate zoom meeting.
