This year-long series features prominent experts discussing ways to reform police practices so as to better protect individual rights while also ensuring the safety of communities. The series is sponsored by the Illinois Program in Constitutional Theory, History and Law and BLSA, and hosted by Professors Jason Mazzone (Illinois) and Stephen Rushin (Loyola University Chicago).
