Wondering how to increase student interaction in your fully online or socially-distanced classroom? This hands-on workshop introduces a variety of digital collaboration tools designed to increase participation individually and in groups. Special attention will be given to asynchronous vs. synchronous online uses, as well as hybrid classroom settings with social distancing. This session will focus on activities that deepen understanding using tools for reviewing, practicing, and clarifying course concepts. Activities may be adapted to most disciplines. Resources and samples will be provided. Some familiarity with digital tools is recommended but not required for this session.
