We will be kicking this series off with a small-group conversation to help you explore how current events have impacted your business venture. Join us this Thursday, April 2 from 6-7:30pm CDT to share your thoughts, concerns, and inspiration, and hear what has been top of mind for other teams. The Zoom information is below, however, we do ask that you RSVP here so we can know how best to prepare for the expected group.
Prior to the workshop, please read the attached background information and prepare to talk about:
· What are the impacts to your business from COVID-19?
· What critical actions have/will you need to take for your business to survive/thrive?
· Are there opportunities to pivot to capitalize on the disruption? Short-term/Long-term?
· What are the critical externalities you want to watch for, good or bad?
· How will you demonstrate leadership during this time, personally and professionally?
· How will you take care of yourself to make sure you can continue to lead?
· What help do you need and who do you need to ask to get it?
