The next Inclusive Lab Leaders session, “Transforming Conflict into Collaboration,” will help new and veteran PIs be more effective. A program of the 21st Century Scientists Initiative at the Beckman Institute, this session will teach how to manage conflict and how to have the difficult conversations that are important to mentoring, collaboration, and scientific advancement.
