He has filed over 1500 related petitions in numerous visa categories, including: B-1, E-2, F-1, H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, H-3, I, L-1, O-1, P-1, P-3, and TN. Matt advises companies regarding employee hiring and I-9 compliance, reorganizations and mergers, and government inspections.
