It’s the fifth anniversary of free mindful meditation practice at Spurlock! If you’ve heard good things about the benefits of mindfulness and have been wanting to learn more, this series offers a start. During each 30-minute session, Mary Wolters of Green Yoga Spa will help participants bring a focus to their breathing and share tips for how to engage mindfully. No registration or special equipment is necessary, and participants may attend as many or few sessions as they like. The series continues each Friday through 12/16, with no meeting on Friday 11/25/16. Free, with donations to support program accepted. Museum admission is free, metered parking is typically readily available all around the museum for $0.50 per half hour.
