CS Educator Workshop: Inside the Machine is a hands-on professional learning experience designed to support in-service K–12 educators in exploring how computer hardware and artificial intelligence work together in the classroom. Participants will engage with micro:bits, logic boards, and AI-enabled activities to demystify core computing concepts and identify practical classroom applications. The workshop also serves as a re-engagement kickoff for Chicago Public Schools educators with Code.org’s curriculum, highlighting pathways for integrating computational thinking, hardware, and AI into existing K–12 instruction.
