BOOK DISCUSSION 2: Friday, 4 December 2026, 3:00-4:00pm
Title: Kamayan: The Filipino Cookbook by Rex De Guzman
Co-Sponsor: Department of Asian American Studies
Description: Bringing people together to talk story and care for one another, food has the power to bridge generations and foster a sense of shared cultural identity. During the discussion, we hope to explore ways of fostering collective care, cross-cultural solidarity, and cultural preservation through community storytelling. Students/Faculty/Staff/CU Community members are invited to participate. Limited copies of the book are available to students for free who register to participate.
