Join us to learn about this international, immersive, and inclusive experience to understand how plant genetic resources are collected, conserved, and utilized to improve food security, increase sustainability, and alleviate the effects of climate change. Through lectures and hands-on activities, students will experience how genetic resources are assembled, cataloged, stored, and used by multiple tropical crop research programs to develop varieties that are more productive, nutritious, and resilient to climate change and diseases.
