Title: On Families of G-Structures
Abstract: Families of G-structures arise in the study of moduli problems for such structures. Conversely, a family of G-structures with a suitable symmetry groupoid gives rise to a moduli problem, called Cartan's realization problem, for which the family is locally a versal solution.
In my talk I will discuss some aspects of the geometry of such families of G-structures and their relations to the associated realization problem.
The talk will be based on a collaboration with Prof. Rui Loja Fernandes, and on an ongoing project with Wilmer Smilde.
