Student-Centered Learning in Medical Education
This interactive session introduces medical faculty to the principles and practices of student-centered learning, with a focus on transforming traditional, lecture-based courses into dynamic, learner-driven environments. Participants will explore evidence-based strategies such as active learning, problem-based learning, flipped classrooms, and cooperative learning—tailored to both classroom and clinical settings. The session will also guide faculty in redesigning course elements to foster engagement, critical thinking, and real-world application.
