Join Francesco Biagi to hear about the processes of building constitutions in Arab countries following the popular uprisings of 2011. Professor Biagi, an expert in comparative constitutional law and a regular advisor to emerging democracies, will discuss the successes and failures in the region and the prospects for future reform as well as the implications for global politics.
