Abstract: We are developing a comprehensive analysis of the process of bacterial ribosome assembly

using a broad range of biophysical methods. Topics will include characterization of assembly

intermediates using cryo-EM, inhibition of assembly with competitor guide RNAs, and

application of MINFLUX nanoscopy to the organization of ribosomal RNA transcription.
