Cancer Center at Illinois Program Leader Erik Nelson and the IGB's Anticancer Discovery from Pets to People Research Theme will host Jennifer L. Guerriero for a talk titled "Harnessing macrophages in advanced breast cancer to combat drug-resistance." Guerriero is a researcher with Brigham and Women’s Hospital's Breast Cancer Program at the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center and the Department of Immunology at Harvard Medical School.
