I'll describe some aspects of the theory of T-algebras due to Rezk. In particular, I'll explain how some observations about "perfectness" can slightly simplify the proof of the cofreeness of certain T-algebras, a result that plays an important role in the chromatic Nullstellensatz of Burklund-Schlank-Yuan.
