Dr. Kolia, an Illinois Alumna with a Ph.D. in the School of Social Work with a graduate minor in Gender Relations in International Development, will share information about Reaching Across Borders services to Syrian Refugees in the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. She will discuss how war transforms society, and she will dispel biases and myths about Syrian refugee girls and women. Lunch provided with RSVP
