In this seminar, attendees will learn about advances in markerless motion capture using computer vision and deep learning in lab settings, as well as how to analyze freely moving animal behavior. We will talk about the use and applications of SLEAP (sleap.ai), an open-source tool for multi-animal pose tracking that is accessible to practitioners without technical backgrounds in deep learning or programming.
