Neuroscience Program Seminars

Uncovering the organization of diverse neuronal types and their connections provides a foundation for understanding neural circuits. To achieve this goal, my lab develops in situ sequencing techniques that allow us to interrogate brain-wide circuit architecture with cellular resolution and unprecedented throughput. We apply this approach to understand cortical organization and its development.
