The Women of Color 35th Annual Conference has the theme Shatter the Ceiling: A Celebration of Breaking Barriers. The conference is designed to recognize and celebrate the achievements of women of color who have overcome obstacles and shattered stereotypes. The conference aims to create a space for inspiration and empowerment by celebrating personal goals and milestone advancements for minority women while fostering a sense of unity and support among conference attendees. Through keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops, Shatter the Ceiling: A Celebration of Breaking Barriers seeks to highlight the resilience and accomplishments of women of color while encouraging young collegiate women of color to break through their own barriers.
