Pre-Law Master Calendar

Two of the best ways to learn about a law school are to attend classes taught by the law school's faculty and to talk with current students. Our Winter Open House will provide you with both opportunities. During the morning, you will attend a panel discussion with current students, faculty and staff, and experience law school first-hand by attending a law school mini-class. During the afternoon you will participate in a breakout session with current students and take a tour of the Conviser Law Center.

Event Format

This is a hybrid event with the option to attend either in-person or virtually through Zoom. Virtual attendees will watch the live program taking place on campus and will have the option to take a virtual tour hosted by a current student.

Open House Program Schedule

9–9:15 a.m.	Registration and Check-In Lobby
9:15–9:30 a.m.	Welcome by Dean Anita K. Krug Auditorium
9:30–10:30 a.m.	Panel Discussion: The Chicago-Kent Law School Experience A panel of students, faculty and staff will discuss the wide range of opportunities available to Chicago-Kent students.
10:30–11:15 a.m.	Law School Mini-Class Experience law school firsthand as you attend a law school mini-class.
11:15–11:30 a.m.	Refreshment Break
11:30 a.m.–noon	Breakout Sessions with Current Law Students Get an insider's perspective on the law school experience from current students.
Noon–12:30 p.m.	Law School Tours In-person attendees will take a tour of the Conviser Law Center with a current student. Remote attendees will take a virtual tour hosted by a current student.
