This workshop addresses the unique experiences of trauma within the Asian community. It will explore cultural stigmas, generational impacts, and barriers to seeking support. Participants will gain insights into the mental health challenges faced by Asian individuals and learn strategies for healing, resilience, and fostering culturally informed support systems.
