CFAAR is excited to have you join us for a day filled with insightful discussions and hands-on workshops at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL.

This year, CFAAR has three dynamic tracks for you to choose from:


Policy: Focused on advancing food allergy policies, with a 2025 emphasis on:

  • Precautionary Allergen Labeling (PAL) – Improving clarity and regulation of voluntary allergen labeling.
  • Medicaid, Food As Medicine, & WIC – Expanding access to early introduction foods (e.g., peanut powder) for underserved populations.
  • Daycare, School, & College Policies – Advocating for stock epinephrine, allergy training, and improved safety measures in educational settings.
  • Audience: Advocates, nonprofits, policy makers, families, healthcare professionals, researchers, industry representatives (e.g., food manufacturers), and educators
  • Date: Friday, June 27, 2025


Pediatric Education: Focused on food allergy prevention, microbiome, management, and treatment, as well as related conditions (eczema, EoE, FPIES, asthma).

  • Audience: For pediatric clinicians and professionals (MD/DO, RD, RN/NP, PA) or professionals interested in learning on how to best care for the pediatric population with food allergies
  • Date: Friday, June 27, 2025
  • Accreditation Statement: The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Prevention: Focused on primary and secondary food allergy prevention strategies and the interplay of molecular mechanisms, the microbiome, the skin barrier, early diet, environmental factors, and early treatment.

  • Audience: Clinicians, researchers, fellows, allied healthcare professionals are invited to strategize the future of food allergy prevention research
  • Date: Saturday, June 28 & Sunday, June 29, 2025
