The Illinois Distributed Museum highlights innovations and innovators from the University of Illinois. It is unique as the whole campus serves as the museum building and the information about the innovations and innovators is hosted on a website: https://distributedmuseum.illinois.edu/ The website will direct you to locations across campus that feature the buildings, objects, documents, and photos related to the cutting edge research the University of Illinois is known for! You can look at each exhibit individually, explore innovations at a specific location using the map, or follow tours located on the tour page. These tours are all self-guided so you can take them on your own time and at your own pace. There will not be any guided tours.
