Thursday, February 19
- 8:00 am–9:00 am: Recruiter check in and set up. (I Hotel) Continental breakfast is available for all registered recruiters at this time.
- 9:00 am: CAREER XPO 2026 opens
- 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch for all recruiters, faculty and students.
- 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Career XPO exhibit hall re-opens.
- 3:00 pm: CAREER XPO exhibit hall closes. Recruiters please take down displays and check out.
- 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm: 1st round of Professional Interviews conducted in surrounding rooms
- 5:00 pm: CAREER XPO Professional Interviews end.
Friday, February 20
- 8:00 am–9:00 am: Recruiter check in and set up.
- 9:00 am–12:00 pm: Professional Interviews. Students arrive for their scheduled interview time.
- 12:00 pm: CAREER XPO Professional Interviews end. Thank you for coming!
