The Gender and Sexuality Resource Center Presents LGBTQ+ Welcome for incoming LGBTQ+ 1st year and new transfer students, Monday, August 25, 2025, Illini Union, A/B/C Rooms @ 4 pm (doors open at 3:30 pm), After the Welcome join us for Queers on the Quad, Illini Union Quad (grassy area outside) 5 pm - 7 pm, This event is open to all eligible persons regardless of race, color or national origin. Join us for the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center's LGBTQ2S+ Welcome/Queers on the Quad! Meet other LGBTQ+ first year students and learn more about LGBTQ+ resources on campus from 4 - 5 pm. From 5 - 7 pm on the Union Quad meet our LGBTQ+ student organizations and enjoy refreshments and entertainment. Bring your water bottle and Illinois ID for free snacks and GSRC swag.
