NCSA is hosting an onsite workshop provided by the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC) on Shared Memory Programming Using OpenMP. This workshop will give C and Fortran programmers a hands-on introduction to OpenMP, a shared-memory application programming interface. You will learn about parallel loop scheduling, explicit data declarations, reduction clauses, and several OpenMP library functions. Hands-on exercises will use PSC's supercomputing cluster.
