The next decade promises fundamental new scientific insights and discoveries from Multi-Messenger Astronomy, enabled through the convergence of large scale astronomical surveys, gravitational wave astronomy, deep learning and large scale computing. In this talk I describe elements of a Multi-Messenger Astronomy research program at the University of Illinois, including recent results at the interface of gravitational wave data analysis, numerical relativity and deep learning, and the construction of  large scale galaxy catalogs in the Dark Energy Survey for use in gravitational wave standard-siren measurements of the Hubble constant. Future research and development activities are discussed, including a vision to contribute to the data science initiative at the University of Illinois through transdisciplinary research to provide simulation and signal-processing tools to maximize and accelerate discovery with the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope.
