Dining hosts a cooking with the chefs demo every third Thursday evening. On 1/25 the topic will be okra and will serve as a lead-in to and promotion of February and BHM events. On 2/15 the theme of the class will be Mardi Gras. though it is after the date of Mardi Gras Chefs will highlight regional Creole/New Orleans fare
