This unique, four-half-day training event will help you unlock the power of effective dialogue and set you on the path to becoming an even more influential communicator.
Each instructor-led session features real-time practice and coaching scenarios to help you be better prepared to share your concerns and speak up about workplace issues. You will enhance your communication skills and transform your interpersonal interactions by discovering how to navigate difficult conversations to achieve positive outcomes confidently.
You will also learn how to:

There is a cost of $350.00 per person to host this on-site, comprehensive training program, which includes breakfast each day and access to the associated learning materials. This is a significant savings compared to the $1,895 cost for the instructor-led course delivered virtually by Crucial Learning.
Supervisor approval to attend this training is required, and the cost will be charged to your unit. Space is reserved for the first 24 registrants on a first-come, first-served basis.
