The Gender & Sexuality Resource Center (GSRC) invites you to spend the day with Be Steadwell – a queer pop composer, filmmaker, and author whose work centers queer love, Black girlhood, and emotional storytelling.

Join us for Quench: Meet Be Steadwell at 12 noon in the GSRC. Enjoy a relaxed meet and greet and interview-style conversation with Be’s and learn about their creative journey across music, film, theater, and literature and how their work explores identity, healing, and imagination at the intersections of Black and LGBTQ life.
In the evening join us for an intimate live performance with Be Steadwell at 7:00 p.m. in Spurlock Museum. Come enjoy Be’s blend of music, narrative, and reflection into soulful, affirming performance.
