- The Group Chat
The Group Chat (IRL) is a bi‑weekly, in‑person discussion group designed to bring us together to collectively make sense of the fast‑moving world around us. In a time when news breaks by the minute and online conversations move even faster, this group offers a grounded, face‑to‑face space to unpack current events together.
Each session focuses on what’s happening across a wide range of domains—politics, pop culture, social issues, global events, technology, and trending topics—inviting participants to bring their perspectives, questions, and curiosity. Whether it’s the latest legislative debates, a viral cultural moment, or a shift in the entertainment landscape, the group creates room for thoughtful conversation, diverse viewpoints, and critical reflection.
The format is conversational and flexible: short topic overviews, guided questions, and open discussion. No expertise required—just an interest in staying informed and talking things through in community.
The Group Chat (IRL) aims to foster:
- A supportive environment for processing current events
- Opportunities to hear and learn from a variety of perspectives
- Space to slow down and think critically about what’s happening
- Real‑life connection beyond the constant scroll
Come catch up, dive deeper, and stay engaged—together, and off-screen.
