New Team Member Orientation highlights the different aspects of F&S and aims to foster a sense of belonging. This program is designed to help new team members make a smooth, successful transition into our organization. In this session, new team members will be introduced to our mission, vision, values, and guiding principles. In addition, they will learn about our departments and divisions, payroll and timekeeping, expectations, recognition programs, benefits, and more!
Upon conclusion of the presentation portion of our orientation, we will tour the following facilities:
- Physical Plant Service Building (PPSB)
- Abbott Power Plant
- Garage and Carpool
- Central Stores and Receiving
