The Jollof Rice Cook-Off is a vibrant cultural event hosted by the African Students Organization in collaboration with University Dining at the Illinois Student Residence Hall. Taking place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the event invites students to celebrate African culture through a friendly cooking competition, featuring diverse takes on jollof rice.
