This session fulfills 2.5 hours of the Clinical Supervision requirement for LCSW licensure in the state of IllinoisParticipants will explore the philosophy of Servant Leadership and how it can support supervisors in helping professions. Discussion and examples of how to intentionally implement the key principles of servant leadership in daily supervisory tasks will be included. This interaction training will include activities to explore personal supervisory style as well as personal practice of the servant leadership style.
