Residents and staff will gain knowledge on the importance of effective schedule-planning and interviewing while being prompted to connect learning materials / activities with their personal lives in the present day. Residents and staff will have the opportunity to learn about different note-taking and personality styles while actively practicing some tips and tricks regarding interviewing. Residents and staff will gain access to information about the Residential Inclusion and Leadership Education (I&L) team from pamphlets, handouts, and dialogue with the I&L Mentors. The audience will have an opportunity to be added to the I&L newsletter to receive information throughout the future about upcoming engagement opportunities.
