New Team Member Orientation highlights the different aspects of F&S and aims to foster a sense of belonging. This program is designed to provide new team members with a smooth and successful transition into our organization. In this session, attendees will be introduced to our mission, vision, values, and guiding principles. In addition, new team members will learn about our departments and divisions, payroll and timekeeping, expectations, recognition programs, benefits, and more!
Upon conclusion of the classroom portion of our orientation, we will tour the following facilities:
- Central Stores and Receiving
- Garage and Carpool
- Abbott Power Plant
- Physical Plant Service Building (PPSB)
