Residents are invited to participate in a free yoga class by Sri Sri Yoga every Monday. Yoga offers numerous benefits for both the mind and body. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance through various poses and stretches. Additionally, yoga promotes mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety, and improving focus and relaxation.
