This workshop leads participants through the concept and practices of accountability in two respects – personal and mutual accountability. The program focuses on encouraging actions that align with behavior-related expectations while providing insight into taking actions that align with task-related expectations. Breaking down the concept and practices of accountability to the personal and mutual level presents participants with the opportunity to develop a more comprehensive understanding of how to facilitate a culture of accountability at work.
