A colorful grid of 28 illustrated Lotería cards arranged in four rows is displayed. The cards feature traditional images including El Bailador (dancer), El Corazón (heart), La Sandía (watermelon), El Tambor (drum), El Camarón (shrimp), Las Jaras (crossed arrows), El Músico (musician), La Araña (spider), El Soldado (soldier), La Estrella (star), El Cazo (dipper), El Mundo (world), El Nopal (cactus), El Alacrán (scorpion), La Rosa (rose), La Calavera (skull and crossbones), La Campana (bell), El Cantarito (pitcher), El Venado (deer), El Sol (sun), La Corona (crown), La Chalupa (canoe), El Pino (pine tree), El Pescado (fish), La Palma (palm tree), La Maceta (flowerpot), El Arpa (harp), and La Rana (frog). Each card is numbered, labeled in Spanish, and bordered in bright colors.

Latine Heritage Month

Join the WRC for an evening of Lotería Fun with a special edition design of Lotería that incorporates inclusive imagery and a prevention twist!

This event will take place on Wednesday, 10/7 at 5:00 PM at the WRC.

We will join together to learn about prevention terms in English and Spanish, have an interactive dialogue about how you can be part of the change, all while playing the famous Lotería game and winning some fun prizes!
