Residents are invited to participate in a free yoga class by Sri Sri Yoga every Monday. The knowledge and practice of Sri Sri Yoga comes from a living Master Pujya Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. SSY is a gentle yet powerful discipline uniting us with our consciousness and our higher self. To get the most benefit it is important not to eat 2-3 hours prior to class.
