The Counseling Center's Expressive Arts Workshops are being offered on Tuesdays 1-2pm at various locations.
Join the Counseling Center as you find creative outlets to destress, reconnect, and express yourself over the next few weeks. All materials will be provided for students attending 🙂
Here's a brief description of the activities and themes planned for each workshop date and location-
ISRL 94 A:
November 14 - Gratefulness: Create a gratitude tree.
Main Library Room 106
November 28 - Four Elements of You: Using imagery and color to symbolize your passions as the four elements (The Earth of Me, The Air of Me, The Fire of Me, and The Water of Me).
December 12 - Resiliency: Draw or color an image of a being in nature that survives in a harsh environment: a flower in a sidewalk; a fish at the bottom of the ocean; or a creature in the desert.
