The ECI Younger Chemists Committee invites you to join us for a science writing seminar on Thursday, January 27th at 2pm CT. This event will feature science writing expert, Dr. Kristin Sainani from Stanford University, who will discuss how to write in a more clear, concise, and engaging style by letting go of “academic” writing habits. Topics include: cutting clutter; reducing repetition and gratuitous jargon; and using strong, active verbs.
